A freshly pulled shot of espresso with caramel sauce, steamed milk, topped with thick foam, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Or have it iced as the freshly pulled shot of espresso is combined with caramel sauce and milk over ice, offering the right proportion of viscous, caramel goodness where the espresso flavor comes only at the end. Have it either iced or hot.
